Corporate Jihad: Institutional Conspiracy || The Greatest Crisis on the Existence of Sanatan || The Cancerous Growth of Islamization of India
In the pages of history, wars were always fought on battlefields, where the clanging of weapons and the roar of armies decided victory. However, 21st-century India is witnessing an "Invisible War," where the enemy is not perched on the borders but lies in ambush within the air-conditioned offices of metropolitan cities, gleaming multinational corporations, and digital workspaces. Workplaces, which should have been the pillars of professional progress and national economic growth, are today being transformed into secret laboratories for "proselytization" (conversion) and "ideological radicalization."
The emergence of prestigious brands like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Lenskart, and Zomato at the center of this discussion proves that this issue is not merely about individual faith. It is part of a global conspiracy of the "Islamization" of India, turning the workplace into a hub for conversion. Driven by self-interest and the greed for foreign investment, large corporates not only ignore this cycle but also provide it with institutional support.
The NITI Aayog of the Modi government is, directly or indirectly, providing momentum to such weapons. Until the Muslim nations of the world confer their highest honors upon Modi, those poisoning the roots of Sanatan will not be stopped. Consequently, the date for India becoming an Islamic nation could arrive even before 2047.
Let us analyze the web of Corporate Jihad.
1. Analysis of Major Cases: The Deepening Roots of Conspiracy
The TCS Case: The Cycle of Promotion and Exploitation
This controversy related to conversion came into the limelight when social media, police, and individual reports revealed that certain senior officials were taking undue advantage of their positions to deceitfully convert junior employees to Islam. Under this conspiracy, Hindu girls were systematically brought into contact with Muslim youths. A primary role was found to be played by a Muslim female Human Resource manager, whose links are allegedly connected to a radical female doctor from "Al-Falah University."
It is alleged that these officials used the lure of promotions and excellent ratings to make Hindu girls victims of mental and physical exploitation. Grave allegations even suggest plans to send some of them to Muslim countries through human trafficking. Although the Tata Group has investigated these allegations and spoke of non-discrimination, the ground reality and the outrage of victimized employees raise question marks over this explanation.
Author’s Note: During my tenure as the IT Head of a prominent Indian bank, I managed employees from various Indian IT firms, including approximately 200 from TCS and 300 from Tech Mahindra, along with Infosys and Mphasis etc.. The most suspicious atmosphere was among the TCS team. Since we held the onsite support control, we maintained oversight, but cases like data leakage and IPR theft could surface soon. All of this is happening for mutual competition and profitability among companies; I will write a separate article on this.
Lenskart and Other Digital Startups
Similar biased cases have been exposed in Lenskart and some other startups. While Hindu employees were restricted from wearing the Tilak, Kalawa, or other religious symbols under the label of being "unprofessional," Muslim employees were granted permission for Namaz during office hours and exemptions for specific religious attire. This double standard makes it clear that the slogan of "Diversity" is merely a mask for one-sided appeasement.
2. Why Corporate Jihad is Happening: The Web of the REDI Index
Today’s "Modern Demons" do not attack physically; instead, they weave an "ideological and cultural" web. The most subtle and deadly tool of this conspiracy is the REDI (Religious Equity Diversity and Inclusion) Index.
This index, funded by the Leftist-Islamic nexus and the global Deep State, has become the new "Soft Jihad" for the Indian corporate world. Well-known multinational companies implement these standards to improve their global ratings, secure foreign loans, and obtain tax exemptions.
The 11 Deadly Instructions of REDI include:
1. Companies must officially allow the formation of religious groups (e.g., Muslim Employee Network).
2. Mandatory provision of "Silent Rooms" or "Prayer Halls" within office premises, which eventually turn into Namaz centers.
3. Special concessions in working hours during festivals like Ramadan.
4. Treating religious symbols like the Hijab as part of the "Professional Dress Code."
5. Ensuring the availability of only "Halal Certified" food in canteens.
The Horror of Statistics: According to the latest data for 2025-26, the high scores of giants in a 110-point index—
Accenture (105),
Dell (98), and
TCS (90)
—show how rapidly Abrahamic practices are influencing Indian workplaces. Among non-IT companies, IndiGo has broken all records. The higher the score, the more dangerous these companies are becoming for Hinduism.
3. Amravati and Nagpur: Attacks on the Womb of Society
Outside the air-conditioned rooms of corporates, this conspiracy is injecting poison into the veins of society. An incident uncovered in the Paratwada area of Amravati in April 2026 has shaken the entire nation.
Amravati Sexual Exploitation Case (April 2026): The main accused, Ayan Ahmed Tanveer (19 years old), is accused of trapping approximately 180 minor Hindu girls, creating obscene videos, and blackmailing them. Local society views this as an organized model of "Love Jihad." Without institutional and financial support, a teenager could not execute a crime on such a massive scale. The Maharashtra government has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT), which has arrested 8 accused so far. This is not just a crime; it is "Demographic Warfare."
·The Nagpur NGO Model: In Nagpur, the manner in which economically weak and ambitious young women were sexually exploited under the pretext of jobs within an NGO, and eventually forced to change their religion, underlines the horror of this "invisible war." Here, religion is not faith, but a weapon of exploitation.
·4. The Kerala Model: Administrative Shield and Legal Crisis
If we look south, Kerala has become a laboratory where radicalism enjoys a "legal and governmental" shield. Under the Special Marriage Act, the 30-day public notice serves not as protection for couples, but as "data" for radical groups. The leaking of information from government websites followed by socio-religious pressure on those Hindu families shows how the administrative machinery is being used to fulfill a specific agenda. Kerala has currently become a stronghold for government registration of "Safe Nikah" following Love Jihad.
5. Dimensions of Multi-Dimensional Jihad
This conspiracy is not limited to the workplace or traps of love; it has several other subtle forms:
Entertainment and Narrative Jihad: Creating hatred among Hindu youth toward their own values by portraying Hindu symbols negatively and radical practices as liberal through OTT platforms and cinema.
Halal Economy: Certifying everything from cosmetics to housing projects as "Halal" is a conspiracy to establish a parallel economy, the funds of which are ultimately used in conversions and legal battles.
Legal Crisis: Provisions like the Waqf Act and the lack of a national anti-conversion law have made the legal struggle extremely difficult for Hindu society.
6. The Path to a Solution: Hindu Society Must Respond Strategically
Remaining silent in these adverse circumstances will prove suicidal. Hindu society must move from a "defensive" posture to becoming "constructive and organized":
1. Economic Self-Reliance and Boycott: Identify companies and brands that run anti-Hindu agendas in the name of "inclusion." Society must demonstrate its economic power.
2. Legal Front: Pressure the central government to immediately implement a strong national law against "illegal conversion" and the Uniform Civil Code (UCC).
3. Demand for Corporate Audit: The Ministry of Labour should periodically audit the "work culture" and complaints in large companies. Just as POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) is mandatory, there should be an independent government helpline for religious discrimination.
4. Intellectual Kshatriyahood: We must prepare a class of writers, columnists, and intellectuals who can expose the conspiracy of foreign policies like REDI to the public.
5. Family Responsibility: Along with instilling values in our children, especially daughters, we must logically alert them against "intellectual exploitation."
The Final Call to Protect Existence
History is witness that a society that cannot protect its culture and its next generation does not take long to be erased from geography. Whether it is the screams from Amravati or the ideological shackles of corporate offices—these are all different chapters of the same grand plan. Modern demons do not come with swords; they come with the lure of "Offer Letters" and "Global Ratings."
Hindu society must now reconsider its definition of "tolerance." As long as tolerance is a virtue, it remains a shield; but when it closes its eyes even after seeing the enemy’s cunningness, it becomes nothing but another name for "cowardice." The time has come to raise an "Intellectual Kshatriya" in every home.
Remember, the day this flame of Sanatan is extinguished, the entire world will be deprived of that final light of humanity that dreams of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" (The World is One Family). Return to your roots, prepare for your existence, and declare with absolute certainty that we are the arch-enemies of any progress achieved at the cost of our culture.
“Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah”
(Dharma protects those who protect Dharma.)
And how shall Dharma be protected? Lord Parashurama said:
"अग्रत: चतुरो वेदा: पृष्ठत: सशरं धनु:।
इदं ब्राह्मं इदं क्षात्रं शापादपि शरादपि॥"
"Agratah Chaturo Vedah, Prishtatah Sasharam Dhanuh |
Idam Brahmam Idam Kshatram Shapapi Sharadapi ||"
Meaning: Let the four Vedas (all Hindu scriptures) be in front for guidance, and to protect those scriptures, let there be a bow with a notched arrow behind to defend them. When there is a balance of both Shastra (scriptures) and Shastra (weapons), then religion and order remain secure.
The lack of weapons among Hindus is posing a crisis not only to their scriptures but to the very existence of Sanatan.
Think... How prepared are you?
