Who is guilty of the Malegaon bomb blast?

Is the reason for Congress' "Saffron Terrorism Theory" only Muslim-appeasement, or their extreme hatred towards Hindus || Why does Rahul Gandhi hate Hindus, Hindutva and Sanatan Dharma so much? || Who is guilty of the Malegaon bomb blast?

The court has acquitted all the accused of Malegaon bomb blast. 6 people were died and about 95 people were injured in the bomb blast in Malegaon, Maharashtra on 29 September 2008. This blast took place on the eve of Navratri in the month of Ramzan, so it was not difficult to guess that its purpose was to spoil communal harmony. Keeping Mu*slim appeasement in mind, the then Congress government of Maharashtra handed over the investigation to ATS and coined the theory of saffron terrorism parallel to Is*lamic terrorism. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Colonel Prasad Purohit, retired Major Ramesh Upadhyay, Ajay Rahirkar, Sudhakar Dwivedi alias Swami Amritanand Dev Tirth, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, Sameer Kulkarni were arrested and brutally tortured by the police so that they could prove the Congress government's theory of Hindu terrorism. If we look at the list of arrested people, they included saints, leaders of Hindu organizations and serving / retired army officers. Congress wanted to malign Hindus as well as the Indian Army and put them under suspicion, but the court's decision demolished the Congress-sponsored theory of Saffron Terrorism.

The court's decision confirms that the case was fabricated. There is no evidence of storage or assembly of explosives at Lt. Col. Purohit's residence, yet he was made an accused. There is also no evidence of the alleged role of Abhinav Bharat organization. It is surprising that the police investigation team did not even do the Panchnama properly and did not even record the details of the incident. This verdict, which came after 17 years, not only acquitted all the seven accused due to lack of evidence, but also put Maharashtra ATS in the dock. According to the court, the accused were deliberately framed. Colonel Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya remained in jail for almost 9 years. They were given inhumane tortures. Colonel Purohit's nails were pulled out and hair was pulled out. Electric current was applied. Sadhvi Pragya was tortured by male police personnel, beaten up while using obscene language and threatened to rape. Both of them were pressured to name BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh officials including Yogi Adityanath, but these people, full of nationalism, did not name anyone. In an interview given to Arnab Goswami in 2020, Sadhvi Pragya Singh had described in detail the atrocities committed on her, which brought tears to people's eyes. Congress was very upset and the Congress-backed Uddhav government arrested Arnab Goswami on false charges and treated him like a terrorist.

A retired Maharashtra ATS officer Mehboob Mujawar has revealed that Paramvir Singh, of the ATS and later the Mumbai Police Commissioner, had ordered him to arrest RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. A lot of pressure was put on him for this, which he refused. Due to this, he was arrested and suspended on false charges. His entire career was ruined for not following illegal orders and not arresting the RSS chief by fabricating a false story. The truth and seriousness of this revelation can be gauged from the fact that this officer is a Muslim.

It is clear from the entire police action that the then Congress government, by disregarding the Constitution and misusing power, tried to propagate the false theory of saffron terrorism in a planned manner. Not only this, an attempt was made to link the Malegaon bomb blast with the Samjhauta Express bomb blast, the purpose of which was to strengthen Mu&slim appeasement as well as to please Pakistan because all the people who died in the Samjhauta Express were Muhajirs. If it had been revealed that the terrorists who carried out the bomb blast in the Samjhauta Express were Pakistani Mu&slims, there would have been a situation of riots in Pakistan and at least the situation in Karachi would have gone out of control. The Samjhauta Express bomb blast became an international issue, so by making Hindus accused in the Malegaon bomb blast and linking them to the Samjhauta Express case, the Congress's desired objective was to propagate Hindu terrorism at the international level. Rahul Gandhi had also told the US administration that Hindu terrorism in India is more dangerous than SIMI. In 2007, two Pakistani terrorists were caught in the Samjhauta Express blast case, one of them had also accepted his crime, but the police completed the investigation in just 14 days and appealed to the court to acquit him and he was released. Under a big political conspiracy, Swami Asima Nand was arrested. The purpose of all this was to establish Hindu terrorism and provide relief to Is&lamic terrorism.

Call it the Congress' Mu&slim appeasement or their hatred towards Hindus, due to which it wanted to implicate Hindu leaders and organizations in terrorist incidents. Even before this, there was a blast in a mosque in Malegaon in 2006 in which 45 people died and more than 100 people were injured. The Congress government tried to blame Bajrang Dal for this blast but an organization named Lashkar-e-Taiba itself accepted responsibility for it and the Congress's plan failed. Ishrat Jahan and her three terrorist companions were killed in an encounter with ATS in Ahmedabad on the information of the intelligence agencies. The Union Home Ministry had rejected the demand of Mu&slim organizations for a CBI inquiry on the basis of intelligence reports. Later on the instructions of Union Home Minister P Chidambaram, the affidavit was changed and a CBI inquiry was also ordered. This was done because Congress wanted to implicate the then Chief Minister of Gujarat and present Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this case.

In the Ajmer Sharif bomb blast case, Congress had made full preparations to implicate RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. The statement of the accused of the blast was recorded before the magistrate, in which they were forced to accept that Mohan Bhagwat and Indresh Kumar were present in the meeting to plan the blast. After the Malegaon incident, Congress had started openly accusing of Hindu terrorism. On the instructions of Rahul Gandhi, former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh has been making baseless allegations on Hindu terrorism.

On 26 November 2008, more than 170 people were killed on the spot and more than 1000 people were injured in the attack by Pakistani terrorists on Mumbai. A plan was made to show this attack as Hindu terrorism. It cannot be called a mere coincidence that within a month of Sadhvi Pragya's arrest, on 26 November, 2008, 10 terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba who came from Pakistan to carry out the terrorist attack in Mumbai had Kalawa tied on their hands. If terrorist Ajmal Kasab had not been caught alive, then Congress had made a complete plan to link this attack with the story of Hindu terrorism. Even after Kasab was arrested and proved to be a Pakistani, the rumour of RSS and Israeli intelligence agency being behind the Mumbai attack was spread. A book was also written on this, which was released by Congress leader Digvijay Singh. During the Mumbai attacks, Digvijay Singh had said that just before his martyrdom, Maharashtra ATS chief Hemant Karkare had called him and told him that this incident was also related to Hindu terrorism. P Chidambaram, who was the Home Minister at that time, had also used the term Hindu terrorism in the Parliament. Sushil Kumar Shinde, who became Home Minister after him, had even said that BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh run training camps for Hindu terrorists. In this way, Pak-sponsored terrorism was greatly trivialized.

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, who has also been a minister at the PMO, Centre for a long time, said after the Malegaon verdict that people should not call it saffron terrorism, it would be more appropriate to call it Hindu terrorism or Sanatan terrorism. Rahul Gandhi, who has been actively involved in the issue of Hindu terrorism, refused to comment on it after the Malegaon verdict and said that there are more important issues before the country at this time, but on his instructions, the party spokespersons are rubbing salt on the wounds of the Hindu community by making absurd statements.

After the court's verdict, the Maharashtra government and the Central government should take strict action against all those involved in the conspiracy to create saffron terror, the police and administrative officials who implicated innocent people and conspired to implicate them. There is urgent need, that an investigation agency should be formed and a unified investigation of the conspiracy of all the cases should be done and prompt action should be taken against all, including politicians. There is also a need to find out who are the real culprits and why were they saved? The culprits must be punished.
