Sambhal Violence Report of Judicial Commission

Sambhal Violence Report of Judicial Commission -

It is a Very Small Glimpse of the Truth || Is whole India gradually becoming Sambhal? || Is Congress eager to make India an Islamic country?

In November 2024, there was a lot of violence during the Court survey of the disputed Juma Masjid in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. A mob of a particular sect called from the mosque suddenly attacked the police, in response to which the police had to open fire. The enmity that had been going on for years between the two communities on the side of particular sect, the Turks and the Pathans, also took the form of a deadly conflict. There was fierce firing between the two sides in which four people died and many were injured, but the political parties involved in appeasement created hue & cry and termed the people killed in the mutual violence of Turks and the Pathans as murder by the police. The Samajvadi Party had visited the houses of the deceased and handed over Rs 5 lakh in cash as quick appeasement.

The violence took place when the Court Commissioner and accompanying lawyers from both sides were going for a survey of the disputed Juma Masjid. It was the efficiency of the Yogi government and the promptness of the police that stopped the violence, but in the context of political allegations, a three-member judicial commission was constituted by the Yogi Govt. to investigate the incident in detail. The Commission, headed by retired Prayagraj High Court judge Devendra Kumar Arora, has submitted its report on the Sambhal violence to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The other members of the judicial commission were Arvind Kumar Jain, a retired IPS officer, and Amit Mohan Prasad, a retired IAS officer.

The latest controversy over the Juma Masjid, built by demolishing the Vishnu Hari temple in Sambhal, began on November 19 last year when Hindu petitioners, including advocates Hari Shankar Jain and Vishnu Shankar Jain, filed a petition in the Sambhal district court alleging that the Shahi Juma Masjid was built on top of the Hari Mandir. The court ordered the survey and appointed a court commissioner. Lawyers from both sides along with the court commissioner went for a survey at the disputed Juma Masjid on November 19 and also conducted the survey work partially. On 24 November, the court commissioner again visited the disputed Juma Masjid to complete the remaining survey work. Under a well-planned conspiracy, a crowd of people of a particular community was gathered by making announcements through loudspeakers from the disputed mosque, which attacked the court commissioner, advocates of the Hindu side and the police. As a result, four people died and 29 policemen were seriously injured. Police have registered a case against Samajwadi Party MP Ziaur Rehman Barq and mosque committee chief Zafar Ali and also registered an FIR against 2,750 unidentified people in connection with the violence.

The 450-page judicial commission's report has been submitted to the Chief Minister, which not only gives a detailed account of the violence that took place on 24 November 2024 but also describes the major violent incidents and riots that have taken place so far. It has been mentioned that the population of Hindus in Sambhal is decreasing very fast. At the time of independence, the population of Hindus in Sambhal was more than 45% in 1947, which came down to only 15% in 2025. The reason for the decline of 30% in these 78 years is the Hindu genocide in more than 15 planned riots in 1947, 1948, 1953, 1958, 1962, 1976, 1978, 1980, 1990, 1992, 1995, 2001, 2019. After the 1978 riots, the number of Hindus dwindled rapidly. The report also describes the evidence of the historical existence of the Harihar temple. A number of illegal acts including continuous repression of Hindus from Babur's time, demographic change, planned riots, terrorist networks, and drug trade are also detailed. The riots in Sambhal were organised to grab properties of Hindus, intimidate them and force them to flee and forcibly convert. Sambhal has become a hub of many terrorist organizations. The judicial commission has also found evidence that foreign weapons were used in the riots.

The report clearly mentions that Samajwadi Party MP Ziaur Rehman Bark made a provocative speech and told the people of particular community that they were the "owner of this country". Sambhal's Juma Masjid was ours, is ours and will remain ours. He will not allow it to be snatched away like Babri Masjid. In the report, Sambhal is said has been identified as a base of terrorist organizations. Referring to the activities of organisations like Al Qaeda and Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, it said illegal arms and drug peddlers have been active for a long time. Maulana Asim alias Sana-ul-Haq, who was declared a terrorist by the US, is also said to be related to Sambhal.

On 24 November 2024, the day, the violence took place, a major riot was planned to be organized for which miscreants were also called from outside, but major damage was averted due to heavy Police presence. It has also emerged that Hindu religious places were targeted under the guise of riots. Referring to the incidents of occupation of 68 pilgrimage sites and 19 holy wells in Sambhal, it has been said that all this was done in a planned manner. There is also mention of attempts to capture the Harihar temple. The Yogi government by preparing a plan for the renovation of these pilgrimage sites and holy wells, laid its foundation stone on 30 May 2025.

Apart from the evidence related to the violent incident of 24 November 2024 in the report of the judicial commission, everything othe detail was already available which has been continuously ignored for political reasons.

The importance of Harihar temple located in Sambhal is that according to description in Hindu Religious Books, Kalki incarnation of Lord Vishnu is to be here in Kaliyuga. Due to this, this temple has been extremely religiously important for thousands of years, due to which it was demolished by Babur's commander in as much he wanted to destroy the Hindu religion and Sanatan culture, which is described in history. The most authentic description has been done by Sitaram Goel in his book "Hindu Temple What Happened to Them". There is no scope of doubt that Jumma Masjid was built by demolishing Harihar Mandir.

This disputed mosque is owned by the Archaeological Survey of India but under political protection, local people of a particular community drove away the employees of the Archaeological Survey of India and today none of their employees can dare to enter the mosque. The reason for doing this was part of a conspiracy, so that a new construction / alteration of their choice could be done inside the mosque. The mosque's management committee got thick plaster done on the inside walls of temple to cover the pictures of Hindu Gods & Goddesses and Hindu symbols inscribed on them. The outer walls were painted with such a dangerous chemical paint that not only the Hindu symbols engraved on them were covered but also the made extremely weak so that they could easily break and fall and then a new construction could be done in its place.

There is a holy well inside the mosque premises where Hindus used to go to perform their rituals during marriages, but it was closed during the then government of Mulayam Singh. New walls were erected outside the room of the idols of gods and goddesses, so that nobody can imagine that there are idols inside.

During patrolling after the violence, the police found many Hindu temples, wells and pilgrimage sites, in the city encroached by the people of particular community, many of which have been recovered, rescued and renovated. Chief Minister Yogi has prepared a plan for the conservation of holy pilgrimages and wells, rolled out recently, which is a laudable step towards the conservation of Sanatan culture.

As far as the question of demogaphi change in Sambhal is concerned, this is the situation in many places across India. Demographic change is an important agenda to make India an Islamic nation as soon as possible under the conspiracy of Ghazwa-e-Hind, for which, in addition producing more and more children, illegal infiltration is being used as a weapon. In the greed of a votes, most of the political parties of India have fallen so low in appeasement that they are not worried about India becoming an Islamic nation.

Gandhi and Nehru had done the work of partition of India and creation of Pakistan in compliance with Ghazwa-e-Hind. Even after the partition, in order to make Hindustan an Islamic nation, it was made a Dharamshala of secularism and people of particular community were not sent to Pakistan but welcomed in India with a lot of favors. All this was a part of the evil conspiracy of Congress to make India an Islamic nation. If BJP is considered an exception, then the situation today is that all parties are working for Ghazwa-e-Hind in some form or the other, but Congress is working as an anti-Hindu organization whose aim is to make India an Islamic nation at the earliest.

It is too late, but still something can be done to save the country for which all the patriots will have to unite and fight against the brutal forces. Otherwise, when India itself will not survive, then how will Sambhal, Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura survive?
