Operation Sindoor : How necessary is "Boycott Turkey"?
Similarities and possibilities of Pakistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Indian opposition
After the Hindu massacre in Pahalgam on 22 April 2025, in a well-planned campaign by the Modi government against terrorists and their masters, hundreds of terrorists were killed and a large number were injured in a massive and rapid attack on terrorist bases in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Pakistan. A panicked Pakistan opened heavy fire across the Line of Control and tried to attack Indian air bases with drones. The retaliatory action of the Indian forces and the strong Indian air defense system shot down the Pakistani drones and missiles in the air itself. Many military bases of Pakistan were completely destroyed, especially Noor Khan and Sargodha near which Pakistan has nuclear bases. These military bases would have been used to attack India with nuclear bombs, the destruction of which ended the possibility of a nuclear attack on India, but something happened in the underground nuclear depot in Kirana Hill due to which earthquake-like tremors were felt in that area and reports of radiation leaks were also received. Later, reports were received of the arrival of American and Egyptian ships carrying members of the Nuclear Emergency Response Team.
Pakistan, which always threatens India with nuclear bombs, had no option but to request India for a ceasefire in such dire circumstances. To ensure a ceasefire, it also appealed to America and Saudi Arabia, with whom Modi has good relations. India's objective was to destroy the hideouts of terrorists and their masters in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, which was largely accomplished. Many weapons made in India, including the Brahmos missile, had also been successfully tested, and demonstrated, so the ceasefire was also beneficial for India. However, America's loudmouth President Trump also tried to undermine India's success by trying to grab the credit for the Indo-Pak ceasefire to divert the world's attention from his recent wrong decisions. By making this reprehensible act of Trump their trump card, the Indian opposition opened a front against Modi and started discouraging the excellent performance and bravery of the Indian army because Indian politicians do electoral politics in everything, no matter how much loss it causes to the country. Earlier in the all-party meeting, the opposition had given full support to the Modi government for any action against Pakistan, but now questions are being raised on the ceasefire.
In the action against the terrorist country Pakistan, tremendous coordination of the Indian Navy, Air Force, Army and Intelligence Agencies was seen, due to which the terrorist hideouts were identified without crossing the Line of Control and such an accurate attack was made that Pakistan's Chinese air defense system could not understand. This brought disrepute to the Chinese air defense system and Chinese aircraft, while there are immense possibilities of getting a new market for Indian weapons. Turkey, Azerbaijan and China openly supported Pakistan in this campaign of India against terrorism. China has been supporting Pakistan and its terrorists for a long time because it has made huge investments in Pakistan through CPEC, and hence doing so is compelled necessity due to economic interests. Turkey, along with giving political and diplomatic support to Pakistan, also provided military equipment and drones. The Turkish soldiers were operating the drones. This role of Turkey has forced India to reconsider mutual relations. Although the government has not taken any restrictive steps yet, respecting the public sentiment of boycotting Turkey, the industry, trade and the education world have started ending their relations with Turkey. Turkey has always been in the role of a demon for India. Turkish Islamic invaders not only looted India but also committed a heinous massacre of Hindus. The Khilafat movement was launched by Indian Muslims in protest against the dethroning of the Caliph of the Ottoman Empire Turkey by Britain. Whose declared objective was to force the British to restore the Turkish Caliph through protests, but the result of this movement was the creation of Pakistan by dividing India through Hindu genocide. Even though Jinnah is called the creator of Pakistan, the real creator and source of inspiration for Pakistan is Turkey. Therefore, Turkey's support and providing military resources to Pakistan is not surprising.
Pakistan and pro-Pakistan Indian Muslims have a deep connection with Turkey, as much as the Indian National Congress has a deep connection with Turkey. M K Gandhi not only supported the Khalifat Movement, but to deceive the Hindus, he changed its name to Khilafat Movement, due to which it started appearing as the Urdu version of the Non-Cooperation Movement. Due to the Khilafat Movement, communal riots took place across the country in which Hindus were targeted, but Gandhi and Nehru kept their eyes closed until Hindus started believing the Muslim leaders' statement that "Hindus and Muslims cannot live together". Gandhi and Nehru cheated the Hindus in the partition of the country by joining hands with the British. Pakistan was created on the basis of religion but under a big conspiracy, Muslims did not go to Pakistan and Gandhi and Nehru became the biggest helpers of Muslims in this task. Gandhi kept his eyes closed on the massacre of Hindus by preaching the lesson of non-violence only to Hindus, and by teaching secularism to Hindus, India was made a shared land. To build the India of Gandhi and Nehru's dreams, Congress never let the campaign of Muslim appeasement slow down. It never hesitated in compromising with national interests to build good relations not only with Pakistan but with all Muslim countries. Therefore, no one should be surprised at Congress opening Party’ s office in Turkey.
At the time of the natural disaster in Turkey, the Modi government was the first to provide humanitarian aid, but relations with Turkey deepened during the rule of Congress. The Civil Aviation Security Bureau has cancelled the license of Turkey's Celebi Aviation, which was given the contract of ground handling, cargo, warehousing and passenger assistance work at 9 airports Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Cochin, Ahmedabad, Goa and Kanpur in 2008 during the Congress rule. Indigo Airlines' code sharing agreement with Turkish Airlines is also being opposed, on which Indigo has defended the agreement by giving clarification. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan is desperate to become the Caliph of Islamic countries and hoist the flag of Islam all over the world, for which he does not miss any opportunity to stand with any Islamic country. He has been accused by many countries of providing financial assistance and weapons to the international network of Islamic terrorists, for which Turkish companies are used. Therefore, in national interest, no Turkish company should be allowed to work in India.
The Boycott Turkey movement has gained momentum in India, which is rapidly affecting every sector of industry and trade. Many organizations have decided not to import from Turkey. A large number of Indian tourists visit Turkey and Azerbaijan. Now Indian companies providing tourism services are appealing to tourists to choose Indian places or other countries instead of Turkey and Azerbaijan. Many universities including IIT Roorkee and JNU have announced to end their agreements with Turkey. Aamir Khan, who shot Laal Singh Chaddha in Turkey and has close ties with the Erdogan family, is silent. The film industry is also silent but instead of supporting the boycott or saying anything against Turkey, Congress has started raising questions on the government.
The country's thinking on the boycott of Turkey is absolutely correct. Everyone should become a part of this movement and oppose the Jihadi mentality and Caliphate ambitions of Turkey.
